Response to COVID-19 in Changhua Christian Hospital
Session Outline

Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH) is the biggest health care system in central Taiwan, which is now  taking care of several COVID-19 patients with the highest standard of prevention and treatment.  In this session, by his professional point of view, Dr. Liu will reveal how CCH responded to COVID-19 including the policies to handle potential nosocomial and community infection, and also the cooperation with Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) as well as local Public Health Bureau.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Liu Chun-Eng is the attending physician in Department of Infectious Diseases, Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH). He had served as the Director of Division of Infectious Diseases form 2010 to 2018.

      The main clinical and academic interests of Dr. Liu includes HIV/AIDS therapy, Hepatitis and Infectious cause by  bacteria, virus, and other pathogens. His research topics on HIV/AIDS therapy and Hepatitis have been published in leading journals like “Hepatology” and “Clinical Infectious Diseases” as well.
